This custom-designed booth was created for the Toyosu Fish Market  and exhibited at Seafood Expo North America 2025. The design reflects the rich heritage and forward-thinking innovation of Japan’s most iconic fish market. Featuring a clean, modern layout, the booth includes fully functional kitchen equipment—such as a sink, microwave, and prep counter—to accommodate live seafood tastings and culinary demonstrations.

The bold backdrop combines wave patterns with hand-drawn seafood illustrations, emphasizing freshness and authenticity. Bilingual signage (English and Japanese) ensures global accessibility, while the seating area encourages meaningful engagement with visitors. This space was thoughtfully curated to promote Toyosu’s premium offerings and foster international connections in the seafood industry.
